Berkery Noyes & Co. LLC, (“Berkery Noyes”) has seen a resurgence in M&A interest in the education sector, most recently during the Teachers’ Curriculum Institute transaction. Serving as the exclusive financial advisor to TCI, Berkery Noyes facilitated a significant equity investment by Francisco Partners, underscoring heightened interest in K-12 education acquisitions and investments in companies offering comprehensive teaching and learning solutions.
