Biography

Steven joined Berkery Noyes in 2019 with a combined 10 years of investment banking and consulting experience. He specializes in serving middle market Healthcare Services and Healthcare Information Technology companies through a variety of alternatives including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Berkery Noyes, Steven was a Vice President at B.C. Ziegler & Co specializing in the healthcare IT and physician services sectors. Prior to joining Ziegler, Steven was a consultant with Accordion Partners advising Private Equity clients through strategic engagements across the healthcare, technology, education and consumer sectors. Steven began his banking career with the industrials group of Houlihan Lokey.

Steven received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He received his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. Steven is series 79 & 63 licensed.
