SitusAMC Holdings has added yet another company to its portfolio, acquiring LogicEase Solutions, the parent of ComplianceEase. The Silicon Valley-based ComplianceEase will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SitusAMC, with no changes to staff or operations.
