2018-06-29 PE-backed EnsembleIQ acquires Lebhar-Friedman's Media Brands

EnsembleIQ, a portfolio company of RFE Investment Partners, has acquired the media, digital, and event assets from New York City-based Lebhar Friedman, a business media company for the retail industry. Included in the acquisition are publications such as Drug Store News, Chain Store Age, and Hardware and Building Supply Dealer. No financial terms were disclosed. Berkery Noyes was financial adviser to Lebhar-Friedman on the deal.
