Analysts are an integral part of the firm, providing vital services throughout the entire M&A transaction process. They support associates and managing directors by preparing pitch books and offering memoranda, conducting industry research, and engaging in detailed financial analysis.

Associates are experienced deal professionals who take a lead role in the execution of M&A engagements. Typical candidates have 2–5 years of prior experience in investment banking or a related field and hold active Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.

They work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout all phases of the transaction process—developing financial models, overseeing due diligence, drafting offering materials, and coordinating deal execution. Associates also mentor Analysts and Interns and play a pivotal role in maintaining workflow across the team.
