2018-11-13 DMS in Clearwater acquires Connecticut-based marketing group

Clearwater-based Digital Media Solutions announced Tuesday it has acquired Fosina Marketing Group Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Fosina is a data-driven marketing firm with customized direct-to-consumer subscription solutions for clients like Harper Collins Publishing, Save The Children, the National Wildlife Federation, Amora Coffee, Meredith Corp. and Highlights for Children.
