New York, January 26, 2006 — Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC announced today that it represented Outsourcing Today LLC and Unicomm LLC in the divestiture of HRO World Conference & Exposition (“HRO World”) and HRO World Europe Conference & Exposition (“HRO Europe”) to LRP Publications, Inc.

HRO World and HRO Europe are both owned in a 50-50 joint venture by Outsourcing Today and Unicomm.  HRO World is the world’s largest human resource outsourcing event and is currently held annually at the New York Hilton Hotel.  The Company plans to launch a second conference on February 8, 2006 in Los Angeles, California.   HRO Europe just completed its second annual conference in November 2005 in Brussels, Belgium.  HRO World and HRO Europe offer buyers and providers of HRO services a venue to meet and explore HRO options and solutions.

LRP publishes more than 110 newsletters in the fields of education administration, human resources, law and higher education.  The Company also produces over 35 conferences and trade shows.
