Biography

Tom has over 20 years experience in investment banking and finance. He focuses principally on mid-market healthcare information and technology M&A transactions. Tom joined Berkery Noyes in early 2000. His prior experience includes audit manager at Ernst & Young, controller of a public entertainment company and two years at a media buyout fund. Some of his recent and notable transactions include:
