In his new position, O’Donnell will provide mergers and acquisitions transaction advisory and financial consulting services to public and private companies. Through his extensive experience as both a principal and intermediary in strategic transactions, O’Donnell brings to Berkery, Noyes the capability to extend its reach into new and existing markets.  In addition, his past experience in corporate treasury and chief financial officer roles at top-tier investment banks brings a broad and deep knowledge in financing and access to the public capital markets.

“The addition of Dick O’Donnell to our senior investment banking team reflects our strategy to attract the best professionals to serve our prestigious and growing client base,” said Joseph W. Berkery, president and founder of the firm.  “His experience in global capital markets provides added breadth and depth to our client service capabilities.”

Richard O’Donnell is the fourth managing director to join Berkery, Noyes & Co. during the past 12 months as part of an aggressive growth strategy. In 2005, the investment bank launched its IT, Software & Services Group in response to the growing convergence of information content with the technology tools necessary to collect, analyze, report and distribute it.  That group is organized to provide technology transaction advisory and strategic research services.
