Jeff is a Managing Director at Berkery Noyes. He specializes in advising providers of technology, information and services solutions to the healthcare and life science markets. Jeff's recent transactions include the sale of Image Solutions, Inc. (ISI) to CSC; Relsys International to Oracle Corporation; Arlington Medical Resources to Decision Resources/ Providence Equity; Conceptis Technologies to WebMD Health; Strata Decision Technology to VSS; and PredictiveMetrics to SunGard. He is the former President and CEO of Lippincott Williams and Wilkins, the international medical and pharmaceutical publisher, and a Wolters Kluwer company. Prior to Lippincott, Jeff was President of Kluwer Academic Publishers, the science publisher headquartered in the Netherlands. He is a graduate of Duke University and of the University of Wisconsin.
