Jon is a Managing Director at Berkery Noyes with 17 years of healthcare investment banking experience. He advises leading companies and private equity firms on M&A and recapitalization transactions. Jon has broad experience in healthcare services, with particular expertise in healthcare information technology, behavioral health, population health management, clinical systems, and revenue cycle management. Previously, Jon worked in the healthcare investment banking groups at Bank of America and Bear Stearns.

Jon received a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.

ALP is a provider of applied behavior analysis and other services for child and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
