Investment Bank Marks 30th Anniversary by Doubling Space, Expanding Staff

NEW YORK, NY, November 27, 2017 — Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC, the New York-based investment bank, is relocating its headquarters to 245 Park Avenue. The December 1, 2017 move comes as the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) specialist marks its 30th anniversary.

At approximately 20,000 square feet, the firm’s new office is nearly double the size of its current office space in lower Manhattan. The additional room is needed to accommodate both recent and anticipated rapid growth of its business.

Berkery Noyes is focused on M&A advisory, debt and equity financing, and valuation services for a wide range of companies throughout the software and information industries. The firm’s managing directors are experts in their particular vertical markets, supported by a staff of more than 30 transaction management professionals. In addition, the company maintains a robust research capability, with a proprietary database that tracks thousands of companies, investor groups, and both recent and historical M&A transactions across multiple industry sectors.

Berkery Noyes will occupy approximately 20,000 square feet of space on the 16th floor. The 48-story building was erected in 1967 and encompasses more than 1.7 million square feet. 245 Park Avenue is owned by HNA Holdings, which acquired the building earlier this year for a reported $2.2 billion. This makes it one of the most valuable pieces of New York real estate on a price-per-square-foot basis. Other tenants of the building include J.P. Morgan Chase, Piper Jaffray, Société Générale, and Major League Baseball, to cite just a few. The building is located on Park Avenue between East 46th and East 47th Streets.
