NEW YORK, February 13, 2007– Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC, one of the leading independent investment banks serving the media, information and technology markets, announced that it represented JIST Publishing, Inc., “America’s Career Publisher,” in its sale to EMC Corporation, a leading independent educational publisher. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1981 by Michael Farr, JIST’s products help students, teachers, career counselors and adults learn about job searches, career exploration, occupational information, life skills and character building.
