The transaction was completed on August 31, 2001. R.R. Bowker is the nation’s leading provider of bibliographic reference information primarily for the library and book retail sectors. The Company publishes the well-known Books in Print, Ulrich’s Periodical Directory, Literary Marketplace and American Library Directory.
